“HELP BETTY GROW” KICK-OFF
Calling all friends of Betty!
Spring is fast approaching, and it is time for Betty’s new programs to come into full bloom! If you’re like me, you appreciate having a “Betty” in Charlottesville who connects you to the best tips, tools, and tricks for making positive changes at home, school, work or play. And you’d like to see other people taking action to build a more sustainable future for our city and our nation. So join us March 28 with fellow environmental enthusiasts and help us choose your favorite program that will positively impact Cville!
We want to see you at our “Help Betty Grow” Kick-off this month.
WHAT: Help Betty Grow Kick-off!
WHEN: Thursday March 28, 2013 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm
WHERE: The Haven at First and Market (112 Market Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902)
WHY: It will be fun! And you’ll be able VOTE for your favorite program that you feel best serves our community.
Everyone is invited to join in helping this local non-profit grow their mission and programs. You will find out about what we have planned for 2013 and vote for your personal favorites. All guests are asked to bring a donation of at least $20. For every $5 donated, you will be given one marble or drop of water. Place your drops of water in the flowerpots you want to see grow.
Food and refreshments will be provided by two local catering chefs.
Your donations will enable Betty to continue to provide high-quality environmental programming in Charlottesville and Albemarle.
